Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in the Central Florida area. I work with children, adolescents, and adults providing therapy for general mental health concerns with a specialization in anxiety disorders, depression, children's behavioral issues, ADHD, marital concerns, and grief/loss issues. 

I am also a Registered Play Therapist, a treatment modality used to assist children and adolescence systematically to address and resolve their own problems. Since children have difficulties verbalizing their emotional issues, play is a fun way to make it easier for them to confront what is bothering them.

Along with Play Therapy I also work with parents and teachers to implement techniques in the home and at school. Parenting support/training including filial therapy is also available.

Currently, I serve as the Immediate Past President for the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Association for Play Therapy.
I graduated with both my Bachelor's of Science and Master's degrees from the University of Central Florida.
